A. Velişcu, B. Marinescu, M. Mitran, C. Damian, L. Costoiu

Rezumat: We present the case of a 32 years old woman with a history of unknown infertility (two IUI and two natural cycles IVF, all failed) with a diagnostic of ectopic pregnancy (right tube) on a natural cycle. Conservatory treatment was decided and we used Methotrexate monitoring the value of beta HCG until it dropped at a value of 15 iu, time when the patient accused lower abdominal pain. The ultrasound revealed that laterouterine formation (first observed when ectopic pregnancy was confirmed) doubled in size in an interval of four weeks and developed a strong Doppler signal. We performed right salpingectomy (we are waiting for the anatomopathological exam). The discordance between the values of beta HCG and the ectopic pregnancy evolution.
Cuvinte cheie: atypical ectopic pregnancy.
