Rezumat: Umbilical vein thrombosis is difficult to diagnose
antepartum due to the rarity and the unpredictable
nature of the disease. Umbilical vein thrombosis,
as cause of stillbirth, is diagnosed with certitude
în postpartum. We present the case of a term
stillbirth due to this condition, in the absence
