Rezumat: Breast cancer is the second most frecquent malignancy in pregnancy. It represents a therapeutic challenge because the literature data about diagnosis and treatment are scarce and the current guidelines do not cover the topic. The diagnosis is difficult and it involves a high index of suspicion. The therapeutic approach is multidisciplinary and it involves especially surgery and chemotherapy and,if done properly, it has minimum effects on the fetus.
